Return Policy
We have a no return policy, which means all sales are final and cannot be returned or refunded.
However, we do offer a 1 time alteration on our products within 10 days of purchase of the product.
To start an alteration request, you can contact us at care@labelwb.com. If your request is accepted, we’ll send you a shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting an alteration will not be accepted.
The customer has self ship the product for alteration.
