Our Exchange & Alteration Policy
At Label WB, every piece is handcrafted to order — made with care, precision, and exclusively for you. We want you to love what you receive.
Size Exchange
If your order doesn't fit as expected, we offer a 7-day size exchange from the date of delivery. We will exchange your piece for a different size at no extra charge, subject to availability.
To request an exchange, contact us within 7 days of receiving your order at care@labelwb.com or WhatsApp us on +91 78891 57230. Please include your order number and the size you'd like to exchange to.
Free Alteration
We also offer 1 complimentary alteration on every piece within 10 days of delivery — because we believe every garment should fit you perfectly. Simply contact us and we'll guide you through the process.
Custom Orders
Pieces with custom sizing, colour, or detailing are final sale and not eligible for exchange, as they are made exclusively to your specifications.
Condition of Exchange
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached
- Original packaging must be intact
- Exchange requests must be raised within 7 days of delivery
